One 4 All Community Based Day Program purpose is to help adults with disabilities to take part in their communityvia meaningful activities by exploring the interests of our participants while teaching them skills to lead independent lives. We assist with improving their personal and professional skills by providing access to regular meaningful social contact and stimulating activities.
Mission
Our mission dedication is to assist individuals in overcoming life barriers while creating a meaningful and independent life. Our approach is to assist with integrating into the community and offer services based on the needs, wants and desires of the participants we serve. Our goal is to support personal growth and autonomy while adapting to individuals needs and promoting personal choice and social involvement.
One 4 All Day Program Training Services
Our curriculum is designed to provide training using a person-centered approach based on each participant’s identified career path and community assessment needs. All program curriculums are a collab-type of approach with focus on community integration and we offer:
- Language & communication support
- Community activities to include and support daily living
- Pre-employment & Job Search trainings that includes but does not limit to resume writing, interview tips
- Introductions to customer service
- Conflict resolution
- Individual Rights and self-advocacy
- Effective communication
Job Placement Services
One 4 All Community Based Day Program Employment Services provides Job Development and Job Placement assistance which includes but does not limit to:
- Enrolling in vocational training as appropriate & desired
- Seeking internship opportunities
- Searching for gainful employment
- Developing a personalize job plan
